Join the Austin Forum for AI April, a month to deepen your understanding of AI and its impact on society. We kicked things off with “The Next Wave of Generative AI”. Google’s Andy Gates delved into the latest advancements in generative AI, including the rise of AI agents and the potential impact of these technologies. We followed that up with a collaborative meetup, “Best LLM & GenAI Pro Tips, Tricks & Hacks”, where AI enthusiasts shared best practices and tips on the latest AI tools.

- Boost Your Coding Productivity: An Introduction to AI-Powered Development: Tuesday, April 29th, Noon-1 p.m. Online. Edward Cates and Nathan Mandi, two Senior Machine Learning Engineers at KUNGFU.AI, will show you how to build beautiful websites with alarming speed through the use of Windsurf, an open-source AI-powered development environment (similar to Cursor AI).
- Unlocking Generative AI’s Potential: A Prompt Engineering Workshop: Wednesday, April 30th, 3:30-5 PM at Capital Factory. Learn the art of crafting effective prompts to unlock the full potential of generative AI tools with AI expert Numa Dhamani.
